ABSTRACT
Pregnant women who are malnourished will suffer from chronic energy deficiency (CED), resulting in physical weakness, anemia, bleeding, the mother's weight does not increase normally, diabetes in pregnancy, and the risk of giving birth to a baby with low birth weight is 2-3 times greater than mothers with good nutritional status, in addition to the possibility of the baby dying by 1.5 times. This study aims to determine the relationship between the nutritional status of third-trimester mothers and the interpretation of fetal weight. This study used a descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach. The nutritional status of pregnant women in the third trimester is mostly good as many as 28 people (80%). And the interpretation of normal fetal weight is 28 people (80%). Chi-square test results with a value of p = 0.000 <α (0.05). There is a relationship between nutritional status and the interpretation of fetal weight in third trimester pregnant women.
